How to Use Click & Collect

1. Place your order online. Orders placed by 2pm will be available to collect in store between 10am-3pm the following day. If you place your order after 2pm, it will be available for collection 2 days later. Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be available the following day, orders placed Friday will be available Monday. If there are any items you need urgently, simply call our sales team on 01603 257916 and enquire if the items can be available sooner.
Simply click the box for Click & Collect at the checkout.

2. We will send you an email when your items are ready for collection. Please see Despatch time for further information within the terms and conditions.

3. Go to the collection point to pick up your Order. Our shop is located at 39a, Provision Market,Norwich, NR2 1RD – Our friendly team will be ready with your item; we will just ask to see a copy of the confirmation email.

If you would like someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they must bring the confirmation email with your written permission. If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order when it’s ready, please contact the store to arrange an alternative date for collection. We will keep your order for seven days from the date of confirmation.

After this period, you will be contacted to extend the collection date or to have a refund via your original method of payment and the item/s returned to our warehouse.
